Attorney Richard Provides Legal services exclusively to Ashco Properties, a group of related real estate development and management companies in the Northeast Florida area.     

Represent credit unions and community banks in contract drafting negotiation and vendor management; providing general counsel services as required.

Responsible for negotiating commercial contracts and transaction management; appeals in civil litigation and administrative cases;

defending high risk commercial and professional malpractice litigation for firm and clients. 

Representation of select firm clients on commercial, contract and legal malpractice issues, including administrative law and workers' compensation cases, commercial litigation, contract negotiation, corporate practice and representation of professional clients before the Florida Division of Administrative Hearing.

In-house counsel for School Board responsible for a variety of transactions, litigation, labor, personnel and employment matters,

grievances and arbitration, including special education hearings.
